California Baptist University is a private Christian institution located in Riverside, California. The Lancers compete in NCAA Division I athletics as members of the Western Athletic Conference. The university transitioned to Division I in 2018 after a successful period in Division II. California Baptist athletics sponsors multiple varsity programs and competes at the national level within the WAC structure.
