Texas Southern University is a public historically Black university located in Houston, Texas. The Tigers compete in NCAA Division I athletics and are members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Texas Southern sponsors a range of varsity programs and competes primarily within the SWAC in regional and national competition.
